100 days to lose weight.
100 days to become beautiful.
100 days to get the perfect body.
100 days.
Okay so far I have lost 33 lbs. 153 lbs to 120 lbs. I went from a size 12 in jeans to a size 3. A size medium/large in tops to a size small and even sometimes x-small. Recently bought a dress from F21 in a size x-small. And I’ve started to hear it… the “you’ve lost so much weight”, “you look great”, “keep up the good work”, “wow I didn’t even recognize you”…
But i don’t feel small. I don’t feel skinny. I think I still look as fat as ever and I’m so angry. Because I have 20 more pounds to lose and I’m scared I either won’t get there or maybe I do get there and it’s still not enough…
Fact: People lie. They’ll tell you “You’re perfect the way you are.” “You don’t need to change a thing.” “You’re already beautiful.” “Every size is beautiful.”
They’re lying.
Fact: People treat you nicer when you’re thin. People find you attractive when you’re thin. People actually ask you out when you’re thin.
Fact: Society is nicer to skinny people. Fashion looks better on skinny people. The world is easier for skinny people.
Fact: I know this from personal experience.
When I dropped 10 lbs, my brother’s best friend finally acknowledged my existence and asked me out. I said no.
When I dropped 20 lbs, my ex wanted us to give it another shot. I said no.
When I dropped 30 lbs, an old crush asked for my phone number. I said no.
Fact: If someone didn’t want you before, they don’t deserve you after. You’re worth so much more than that.
Don’t do it to please someone else. Don’t do it to make someone want you.
Do it because you deserve to be happy in your own skin. Do it because your opinion of yourself is the only one that truly matters. Do it because you deserve to feel beautiful.
Do it because you are the most important person in your life.
Do it because you have been through so much. You have sacrificed so much and been so strong. You deserve this.
Fact: It will hurt. It will be difficult. It will take time. Anything worth having always will. But don’t give up. You can get there. You will get there.
Don’t give up. It will be worth it. Stay strong, beautiful. I believe in you.

To be very precise, there are 121 days left until summer.
It is enough time to get skinny.
There is enough time if I don’t give up, and if YOU don’t give up either.
We can do this. Because we are strong. Because we are better than that.
4 months of healthy, clean food, of daily workouts and of losing weight.

1. Be self-confident.
2. Make heads turn.
3. Make other girls jealous.
4. Rock those Overknees!
5. Look cute in everything.
6. Count your rips without sucking your stomach in.
7. Always look perfect.
8. Wear oversized sweaters.
9. Wear skirts.
10. Be the skinny friend.
11. Make everyone fall for you!
12. Be strong!
13. Wear neon clothes, not all black to cover your fat.
14. Hear “You lost weight” instead of “You got fat”.
15. And last but not least.. You’ll be damn beautiful!!
